Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to process and explore changes. This practice utilizes various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT).

Marriage and Family Therapy

Marriage and Family therapy is provided to help identify boundaries, relationship roles, and communication styles. In session several modalities will be used such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method.
