The Nightmare Protocol is a multi-step process to help deal with nightmares. Together we will recreate your nightmare then illustrate a different ending for your nightmare, this is a dream so you can be as creative as possible!
Peaks and Valleys is designed to help you talk about feelings, identify values and appreciate how the small peaks can make a difference in our mood even though it may feel that there are more valleys than peaks.
The DBT House encourages us to think about different components and create a visual representation that is meaningful and relevant to your personal experiences. Once the house is completed, we reflect on the connections between your emotional lives and your house.
The Tree of Life is a visual metaphor in which a tree represents your life and the various elements that make it up - past, present, and future. This process helps discover, or rediscover, aspects of yourself shaped by the past and how you can then begin to actively cultivate your tree to reflect the kind of person you want to be moving forward.
The First Step Series encourages us to recognize the need for change, explore various components related with the prospect of making changes and help process emotions, thoughts, and perceptions to feel empowered about taking those first steps.
Mind Mapping is a visual snapshot of capturing the ideas in your mind and help facilitate a flow of creative thinking as you explore different options and goals. Once your mind map is created, you can then identify specific tasks to ensure your mind map comes to fruition.
Emotional Landscape uses nature symptoms and themes to create imagery that represents your current emotional state to welcome impermanence and see new possibilities for change in the future.
Mindful Relationships encourages us to recognize the dynamic between how our feelings and perceptions about the important people in our life impact the relationship and explore how you want your relationships to look and steps to get there.
