Mind Over Mood Group

The Mind Over Mood using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group is a brief problem-based modular for individuals that may struggle with perfectionism, procrastination, rumination, avoidance, relapse prevention or emotional dysregulation.

Our Mind Over Mood group spans over a course of 5 weeks and runs 60-minutes in length. Each week, an e-mail including worksheets and other helpful content will be provided. The class will begin with a check-in and agenda setting, a review of the previous material, then after coming back from break, we will do a group exercise and explore new materials and skills.

We will discover how the relationship between thoughts and actions influence our mood, identify underlying assumptions, design and test behavioral experiments and incorporate skills to overcome obstacles.
